The theme for All Together Now 2025 is ‘Resonance: Where Cultures Connect’.
Emphasising how music and traditions resonate across people, connecting us, celebrating collective strength and unity in our shared understanding through music, art and ideas.
We are inviting interactions beyond the ordinary, to explore realms of creativity, culture, and connection. Creating bridges beyond differences, uniting us in shared moments of joy and wonder, encouraging reciprocity and mutual understanding.
This year there are two applications to choose from:
- ART INSTALLATION
Propose an art installation, whether you are applying for a partially or fully funded installation, we eagerly await your submissions.
Whether you specialise in sculpture, interactive media, light installations, experimental art forms or your own brand of creativity, we want to hear from you.
We welcome a wide range of art installations and immersive experiences that push boundaries, challenge perceptions, set alight imaginations and inspire awe. Whether your work is bold and provocative or subtle and introspective, we encourage you to submit proposals that reflect your unique artistic vision.
The proposal must include design, fabrication and execution/installation details. The installation must be designed for easy disassembly and storage.
All submissions must include a detailed budget.

- AERIAL INSTALLATION
Propose an aerial installation for All Together Now 2025.
We are especially interested in ‘canopies’ that will lead festival attendees through woodland walk ways. The canopy can be one long piece or a series of connected or related pieces to entice people down a pathway. The installation shall be rigged over a woodland pathway with rigging points from surrounding trees. Your installation should not be wider than 2.5m and should have the ability to span over no shorter than 15m of walkway.
Installations do not have to be illuminated or reflective but if they are not, please think about how they will catch the eye, maybe it’s through shear scale? Or fine detail? We can light installations from the surrounding trees.
The proposal must include design, fabrication and execution/installation details. The installation must be designed for easy disassembly and storage.
The submission will be fully funded by the festival. The budget is €2800. All applications must include a detailed breakdown of the budget
The installation will be the property of All Together Now festival for continued use at future festivals and therefore must be designed with this in mind.
